I read the manuscript and really feel that this book is a God send for this season. I believe it belongs in everyone's library and should be a part of basic Christian Education for all believers. Here is a practical manual that simplifies profound truths in such a way that any believer, young or old, can grab hold of them and use them as a blueprint for their own life's journey. They will learn how to navigate through the worst scenarios of their lives trusting that God will make things right.
Using an episode in David's life, Brian Zahnd saw basic principles that enabled him to overcome his circumstances, get back everything that was taken from him, become a blessing to others and move into his greater purpose. Those same principles will work for each of us when we face, as we will, the worst day of our lives. It's a must read for all of us during the challenging days in which we live.
I highly recommend this encouraging book for personal study, group discussions, teaching of basic biblical principles, and as a means of bringing tangible help to many others who will benefit from its message.
